We have a sales order in-house that has 992 line items.

Shipping is trying to run the OM.TR.210 command to ship line item 940. However, the command stops at line 899 for some reason. It says that line 940 does not exist. I have ran Quiz against that S.O. and it does exist. I see that it has not shipped either.

I turned on the WingSpan version of the TR210 as well, but it made no difference.

Has anyone else ran into something like this? Does the TR210 stop at line 899 and refuses to accept anything past 900?  Other?

Response. You can have lines over 899. In fact, it will automatically assign line numbers starting at 900 for any Product entered on any Sales Order if the Product Type for that Product is defined as Misc (by a couple of Comin Variables). I've run into the "over 899 lines" problem several times with big EDI orders. There's no work around. Split it into 2 Sales Orders.
